Founded by Hannah Davis, Itaara builds on more than 20 years of experience gained through her work at MerlinCorp IT Ltd. That experience shapes our approach to recruitment. It is informed, pragmatic and aligned to how technology functions within real organisations, not just how roles are described on paper.

We take a consultative, relationship led approach grounded in detailed understanding of our clients’ technical landscapes, commercial priorities and governance requirements. This enables us to place professionals who contribute effectively from day one and remain aligned with broader organisational objectives. From individual strategic hires to contract resource supporting transformation initiatives, we focus on outcomes rather than volume.
